What the result means
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Valid | The certificate is on the register and its validity period is current. |
| Expired | It was issued by us but its validity period has ended. |
| Suspended | It is on the register but is currently suspended and may not be presented as active. |
| Withdrawn | It has been withdrawn and is no longer valid. |
| Not found | No certificate with that number exists on our register. |
If a certificate does not check out
Check the number first — transcription errors are far more common than forgeries, and the usual culprits are the letter O read as a zero and a missing hyphen.
If it still does not resolve, either the document was not issued by TQC Accreditation or it is not genuine. Either is worth telling us about: send the number, and a scan if you have one, through the contact page.
